摘　　要：目前,我国经济高速发展,建设用地需求加大,城市存量土地不能满足建设需要,农用地成为建设用地的主要来源,土地征收制度承担了调剂土地供需的功能。然而,土地征收运行过程中引发了大量的矛盾和冲突,影响社会稳定。通过运用法律经济分析的方法,对土地征收进行研究,为建构运转有效、对各方保护到位的制度提供一种可能的思路。At present, the economy of our country is developed at a high speed, the construction land demand is strengthened, and the urban stock land can＇t meet construction＇s needs. The farming land becomes the main source of construction land. According to law and regulations, only state-owned land can be used for construction. So Land Requisition system undertakes to adjust the function for needing of land. However, a large number of contradiction and conflict emerged in the operation course, influencing the social stablitity. through the utilization law economic analysis＇s method, conducts the research to the land collection, for the construction revolution effective, provides one kind of possibility to all quarters protection arriving＇s system the mentality.
