摘　　要：文章综述了近年来国内外关于项目治理的研究。并运用制度分析方法揭示了政府投资项目治理的契约特性,提出构筑由政府投资项目利益相关者共同治理的项目治理模式。The article summarizes the research of the projects governance In recent years at home and abroad .Reveals the Government-invested projects governance contract features by the use of system analysis, Propose to build the project governance model in the project stakeholders.
