摘  要:针对页岩油粗柴油馏分不稳定问题,提出了一种溶剂萃取-碱洗精制工艺。实验结果表明,复合溶剂具有较高选择性,能有效降低粗柴油中的胶质含量;在10~30℃温度范围内,采用含添加剂8%~10%的复合溶剂,以0.2的剂油比连续萃取三次,再经少量碱洗和水洗,其精制油柴油胶质含量由精制前的1303mg/100mL降到70mg/100mL以下,总收率可达81%以上,其他指标也均达到柴油合格品标准。Gas oil fraction of shale oil is unstable.To address this problem, the authors of the article pro-pose a new solvent extraction-alkali washing refining process.Experiments show that compound solutions have high selectivity and can effectively reduce the gum level of gas oil.At temperatures between 10-30°C,use a compound solution with 8%-10% additives to extract diesel from the solution-oil mixture with a solution-oil ratio of 0.2.After slight alkali wash and water wash,the gum level of the refined diesel can drop to below 70mg/100mL from 1303mg/100mL and the diesel recovery can exceed 81%.Other parameters of the refined diesel also meet the corresponding standards for qualified diesel fuels.
