摘  要:根据已经研发出的覆盖非圆直齿轮滚切加工的"齿轮加工CNC系统",综合运用螺旋齿啮合原理和工具斜齿条法,设计出三阶椭圆斜齿轮滚切加工联动控制方案,给出了CNC联动控制模型的原理图。试验滚切加工成功,切出的三阶椭圆斜齿轮经配对啮合试验,转动灵活,侧隙均匀。On the basis of the developed system 'CNC gear-hobbling system' that covers with CNC machining of non-circular vertical gear,the meshing theory of helical gears and tool rack-skew methods,the simultaneouscontrol strategy of hobbling three order ellipse helical gear is proposed,and the graph of CNC simultaneouscontrol model is designed.Hobbling experiment that three-order ellipse helical gear can be gained proves it.When two gears engaged,they can turn flexibly and the backlash is well distributed.
