摘　　要：总结了莱钢股份热电厂3#25 MW汽轮发电机孤立网运行技术改造经验,为自备电厂实现发电机孤立网运行控制拓宽了思路,更为下一步实现热电厂两台12 MW汽轮发电机、一台25 MW汽轮发电机孤立网运行改造提供了技术经验。The technical reconstruction experience of operation of No.3 25 MW turbine generator in an isolated electric network of the Heat Power Plant of Laiwu Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd was summarized. It broadened thought to realize operation control of generator in the isolated electric network for the industrial power plant. It also provided experience for realizing running reconstruction of two 12 MW turbine generators and one 25 MW turbine generator in isolated electric network.
