经济危机下农村劳动力转移的路径选择

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国工业化、城市化进程的加快,农村大量劳动力不断涌入城市,掀起一波又一波"民工潮",这种劳动力流动的态势已经成为当前我国农村劳动力转移的主流。然而,突如其来的经济危机使得这种"进城又离乡"的流动路径发生梗阻,大量原本外出务工的农民由于城市企业的破产、倒闭,不得不回到自己的家乡。本文以此为背景,介绍了当前农村劳动力转移的路径选择,并提出了一些促进措施。In recent years, as China＇s industrialization and urbanization, the rural labor force continued influx of a large number of cities, set off waves of the ＂tide＂, the labor movement has become the trend of China＇s rural labor force transfer of the mainstream. However, the sudden economic crisis makes this ＂leave the city＂ movement of the path of the obstruction took place, had a large number of migrant workers in urban enterprises of farmers due to bankruptcy and liquidation, bad to return to their homeland. Under this background, where does the rural labor force transfer to？ In this paper, as a background,has choose the path of the current transfer of rural labor force and made a number of measures to promote.
