压力性尿失禁患者盆底组织中MMP-7与TIMP-3的表达研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者阴道壁结缔组织中基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-3(TIMP-3)的表达与SUI发病的关系。方法:30例有完整随访资料的女性SUI患者的阴道壁结缔组织标本为研究组(SUI组),30例有完整随访资料的女性POP患者的阴道壁结缔组织标本为研究对照组(POP组),30例无SUI和POP妇女为对照组,分别染色显示MMP-7和TIMP-3表达的情况。结果:SUI组患者的MMP-7均较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIMP-3显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7与TIMP-3在A组和B组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-7升高对胶原纤维的降解增加,TIMP-3下降对胶原纤维降解的抑制作用减弱,使得总体上对胶原纤维的降解增强,导致组织弹性降低,可能在SUI的发生过程中起重要作用。Objective： To detect the expression levels and significance of matrix metalloproteinase -7 （MMP -7 ） and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase - 3 （ TIMP - 3 ） in the vaginal wall tissue of the women with stress urinary incontinence （SUI） . Methods： Vaginal wall tissues were obtained from 30 patients with SUI （SUI group）, 30 patients with pelvic organ prolapse （POP） （POP group） , 30 women without SUI and POP （ control group） , the levels of MMP -7 and TIMP -3 in 3 groups were detected. Results： The level of MMP - 7 in SUI group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while the level of TMIP - 3 in SUI group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was no significant difference in the levels of MMP - 7 and TMIP - 3 between SUI group and POP group. Conclusion ： The change of MMP - 7 and TIMP - 3 expression may affect the degradation of collagen in total, the low flexibility of the tissue may play an important role in the development of SUI.
