摘　　要：目的:研究不同浓度的rhNK4因子对肿瘤细胞生长侵袭能力的影响。方法:通过基底膜侵袭实验检测并分析基因重组NK4对人卵巢癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤细胞体外的抑瘤性。结果:rhNK4因子对人卵巢癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌细胞有明显的抑瘤性,对人卵巢癌细胞、宫颈癌细胞、人乳腺癌细胞和人膀胱癌细胞的抑制率分别为48.2%,29.6%,58.4%和30.1%。结论:基因重组NK4因子具有抑制人卵巢癌、乳腺癌等多种肿瘤细胞侵袭的能力,有较强的抑瘤性。Objective： To explore the effect of recombination hNK4 （rhNK4） at different concentrations on invasiveness of multi- ple tumor cells. Methods： The inhibitory effects of rhNK4 on human oophoroma cells, human cervical cancer cells, breast cancer cells and human bladder cancer cells were evaluated by reconstituted basement membrane invasion assay. Results： Inhibition rates of rhNK4 on human oophoroma cells, human cervical cancer cells, breast cancer cells and human bladder cancer cells were 48.2% , 29. 6% , 58.4% and 30. 1% , respectively. Conclusion： rhNK4 can inhibit the invasion of multiple tumor cells.
