摘  要:目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的疗效。方法:对38例年龄7~15岁ADHD儿童进行脑电生物反馈治疗20次,治疗前后进行临床症状评估和认知功能测试,并与正常儿童比较。结果:治疗后与治疗前比较,ADHD儿童的多动因子、多动指数明显改善(P<0.05);短时记忆、Stroop色测验、词义干扰时、数字划消第1、第2段净分和CPT测试的漏按率明显改善(P<0.05),其中短时记忆、数字划消第1、第2段净分、漏按率达到正常对照水平(P>0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗后,ADHD儿童的认知功能和临床症状部分改善,其中部分认知测试达到正常水平。Objective: To explore the effect of electroencephalogram (ECG) biofeedback on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children (ADHD) . Methods: 38 ADHD children aged 7 - 15 years underwent EEG biofeedback treatment for 20 times. Assessment of clinical symptom and cognitive function test were carried out before and after treatment, then the results were compared with those of healthy children. Results : There was significantly difference in hyperactivity factor, hyperactivity index, short - term memory, Stroop color test, word interference test, the first and second part of number cancellation test and omission rate in CPT before and after treatment in ADHD children (t =2. 755, t =2. 189) . There was no difference in short - term memory, the first and second part of number cancellation test and omission rate in CPT between healthy children and children after treatment ( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion : Clinical symptom and cognitive function improve after EEG biofeedback treatment in ADHD children, some even as good as healthy children.
