解郁胶囊的急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的 研究解郁胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法 通过预实验，未找到动物的半数致死量后，采用24h内最大浓度3次灌胃给药，观察给药后2周内小鼠体质量、行为及死亡等情况。结果 给药组小鼠观察期内无明显因药物引起的中毒反应及死亡情况。小鼠的一日最大给药剂量为81．84g生药／kg体质量，相当于临床成人（70kg）每日常量（0．40g生药／kg）的204倍。结论 解都胶囊无明显急性毒性反应。Objectlve To study Jieyu capsule on acute toxicity in mice. Methods Through the pre-experiment, did not find the half lethal dose animals after 24h using the largest concentration of orally administered 3 times to observe the 2 weeks after administration of mouse body weight, behavior and death and so on. Results Drug-treated mice had no significant observation period due to drug-induced toxic reactions and death. Day in mice for the largest dose 81.84g pharmacognostic/kg body mass,which is equivalent to the clinical adult （70 kg）daily constants（0. 40 g crude drug/kg）204 times. Conclusion Jie yu capsules no obvious acute toxicity.
