立止血联合思密达治疗新生儿上消化道出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨立止血、思密达联合治疗新生儿上消化道出血的效果。方法 把78例上消化道出血的新生儿随机分为两组，治疗组46例和对照组32例，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组加用立止血、思密达胃内保留局部止血治疗。结果 两组患儿疗效比较差异有统计学意义（uc=2．067，P〈0．05）。结论 采用立止血、思密达联合治疗新生儿上消化道出血疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of neonatal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with reptilase and smecta. Methods 78 cases of neonatal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases of treatment group and control group 32 cases, two groups were given conventional treatment, reptilase and smecta was added to the treatment group for remaining in stomach local hematischesis. Results The curative effect between the two groups has statistical significance （ uc = 2. 067, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reptilase and smecta treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal bleeding has satisfactory effect and it is well worth clinical application.
