摘 要:目的对卷柏属7种药用植物的13种提取物在体外抗疱疹病毒I型(HSV-I)的作用进行比较研究,并对其抗病毒作用机制进行初步探讨。方法采用13种提取物一定浓度的溶液作用于HSV-I感染的Vero细胞,观察比较细胞病变效应(CPE),72h后MTT法测定细胞存活率。结果在Vero细胞体系中,卷柏属7种药用植物的乙酸乙酯和95%乙醇提取物部位具有一定的抑制HSV-I对细胞的致病变作用,使细胞存活率提高。结论多种卷柏属药用植物可作为新的抗HSV-I的资源植物。Objective To investigate the anti-virus activity and mechanism of 13 extracts from 7 medicinal plants of the Selaginella genus on herpes simplex virus- Ⅰ ( HSV- Ⅰ ) in vitro. Methods Vero cells infected by HSV- Ⅰ were cultured with different extracts at different concentration for 72 hours , and the inhibitory effect on HSV- Ⅰ replication were evaluated by cell survival rates according MTT assay. Results In the Vero cell system, some of the extracts inhibited eytopathic effect(CPE) of cells infected with HSV- Ⅰ , and increased survival rates of cells. Conclusion Several Selagenella plants could be taken into account as new resource plants with anti-HSV- Ⅰ action.
