摘  要:为了分析冲击载荷作用时层合板的损伤情况,建立"子板—弹簧元"的三维有限元分析模型。在该模型中将连续铺层相同的单层作为一层合子板,相邻子板间采用弹簧单元连接。采用该模型对一层合板的冲击过程进行分析,分析过程中结合失效准则预测失效模式,然后定义对应的弹簧单元失效来实现材料性能参数的衰减。计算结果和试验结果吻合较好,同时得出一些有用的结论。Composite structures are susceptible to low velocity impact. To analyze the damage of composite laminated plate under low-velocity impact, a finite element analysis model (FEAM) is established in this study. In the FEAM, the continuous plies with same ply sequence are considered as a thin sub-plate. There is an interface between two sub-plates. Some spring elements are used at the in- terfaces. In order to predict the location and the areas of the matrix crack and the delamination, double failure criterion (matrix failure and delamination) are implemented. When there is matrix failure or delamination, the corresponding spring elements are defined disabled. In this method, the material stiffness of the plate can be easily degrade. A laminated plate under low-velocity impact is analyzed with the FEAM. A good agreement between the simulation and the experiment is achieved so the finite element analysis model is effect to analyze composite laminated plate under low-velocity impact. According to the results, some conclusions can be obtained. These conclusions are that 1 ) The FEAM is accurate in analyzing the delamination of laminated plate under low-velocity impact. 2) The delamination occours usually between different oriented plies and has a characteristic peanut shape with its major axis oriented in the direction of the lower ply of the interface. 3) The damage of the plate becomes more and more serious from the top to the bottom. 4) The area of delamination increases with the growth of impact velocity.
