摘 要:为了研究自润滑高硫钢用于抽油杆/管防偏磨材料的可行性,采用金相显微镜对自润滑高硫钢的显微组织进行分析,结果表明高熔点金属硫化物呈菊花状、球状、网络状分布于基体中,起到很好的自润滑与减摩作用。采用显微硬度计对自润滑高硫钢、45号钢、N80钢的显微硬度进行对比分析,自润滑高硫钢的硬度低于油管材料的硬度,符合接箍材料硬度需低于油管材料硬度的原则。采用MG-200高温高速摩擦磨损试验机对自润滑高硫钢与调质45号钢及N80油管进行摩擦磨损性能对比试验,研究发现,自润滑高硫钢的摩擦因数明显低于45号钢,且自润滑高硫钢与油管磨损时油管的磨损量远低于45号钢与油管的磨损量,自润滑高硫钢保护油管的效果明显优于45号钢;其本身磨损量也远远低于45号钢的磨损量。In this study, metalloscopes were used to observe the microstructure of high sulfur steel, in which metal sulfides are shown with properties of good self-lubricating and wear reduction. Contrast analysis of microhardness between high sulfur steel and 45# steel and N80 steel were completed, indicating that the microhardness of high sulfur steel is lower than that of pipe material. Contrast test was done of friction and wear properties with high sulfur steel, 45# steel and N80 steel pipe, the result of which shows that the friction coefficient of high sulfur steel is much smaller than that of 45# steel, and that the wear of pipe when high sulfur steel is used with oil pipe is much less than that when 45# steel is used, revealing a better effect of high sulfur steel in protecting oil pipes. In addition, high sulfur steel itself is far more wear-resistant than 45# steel.
