摘　　要：采用PVAc型固化剂和UF树脂进行胶合板生产实验,结果表明,采用PVAc型固化剂和UF压制胶合板是可行的。方案A、B、C、D压制的胶合板均达到E_2级胶合板甲醛释放量的要求,方案A压制的胶合板可达到E_1级胶合板甲醛释放量的要求,方案B、C、D压制的胶合板均达到GB/T 9846.4—2004中胶合板湿强度标准。Production of plywood adhered with PVAc type curing agent and UF resin was practiced.The results showed that it was practicable.The formaldehyde emission of plywood pressed by scheme A,B,C and D came up to the requirement of E2 grade plywood and that for scheme A also came up to the requirement of E, grade plywood.The wet bonding strength of plywood pressed by scheme B, C and D came up to the index of GB9846.4-88.
