摘  要:根据紧密堆积原理,通过正交试验得出基准配合比参数。在此基础上研究q值、粉煤灰取代硅灰率、水泥类型、粉煤灰类型、减水剂和钢纤维的种类及掺量等因素对自密实活性粉末混凝土流动性及抗压、抗折强度的影响。研究表明,q值、减水剂及钢纤维的种类和掺量是影响强度的主要因素。当q值为0.25、KS-JS50型聚羧酸减水剂掺量为胶凝材料质量的2.1%、钢纤维A体积掺量为3%时,可配制坍落度在255mm以上,标准养护条件下28d抗压、抗折强度分别超过190、50MPa的自密实活性粉末混凝土。Based on the dense-packing theory,the basic mix proportion was attained by orthogonal experlment.Then influence of q value, replacement rate of fly ash to silica fume,type of cement and fly ash,type and quantity of superplasticizer and steel fiber on the fluidity,compressive strength and flexural strength of self-compacting reactive powder concrete were researched. The test results show that q value,type and quantity of superplasticizer and steel fiber are key factors affecting the strength. When q value is 0.25,the dosage of polycarboxylic superplasticizer KS-JSS0 is 2.1% of the cementing material mass and volume amount of steel fibre A is 3%,self-compacting reactive powder concrete can be obtained with slump constant over 255 ram,compressive and flexural strength exceed 190 MPa and 50 MPa respectively under standard curing for 28 d.
