摘　　要：研制了一台1kV/400kVA的二极管箝位三电平逆变器实验样机,分析了其工作机理和调制算法,在此基础上对基于三角载波层叠式调制算法进行了改进,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件实现了该算法的仿真验证。基于先进的TMS320F28335浮点型DSP设计了改进的三角载波层叠式不规则对称采样法控制程序,并且在新研制的200kVA三电平逆变器上完成了动模实验。实验结果表明,该算法非常适用于新型DSP数字化控制软件的实现,控制性能稳定,能获得带死区功能的控制脉冲,输出电压和电流谐波含量小。This paper analyzes the mechanism and the modulation algorithms of the 1 kV/400 kVA diode clamped three-level inverter.An improvemented triangular carrier stacked modulation algorithm is validated by the simulation software Matlab/Simulink and designed by the advanced TMS320F28335 floating-point DSP based on the asymmetry rule sampling algorithm.The 200 kVA three-level inverter is developed to complete the dynamic simulation experiments.Experimental results show the algorithm is very suitable for the digital software design by the new DSP controller, and the stable control pulses with dead zone function can be obtained.The output voltage and current have the low THD.
