摘　　要：本文从毛面剂颗粒的构成、大小以及喷涂液的制备工艺着手,详细论述压力喷涂法形成PS版毛面层的具体过程。并通过大量的实验发现毛面剂颗粒的大小、软化点,喷涂液-胶粘剂的软化点对PS版毛面层的形成过程起到相当重要的影响。This paper reports a thorough study of the process technology of pressure jet coating of PS plate matte layer, starting from the elucidation of the constitution, grain size and jet coating process of the matte layer composition. Numerous experiments results showed that the grain size and the softening point of matting agent, and the softening point of the jet coating composition-binder can play an important role in the formation of the matte coating layer of PS plates.
