摘　　要：以基于Windows操作系统的MapX标准控件作为基本开发组件,Delphi7语言作为集成开发环境,Access作为外接数据库,考虑近年来地震灾害损失评估内容的新变化,并结合最新的地震现场工作规范和云南省地震现场工作的实际,开发了新的地震灾害损失评估软件。该软件涵盖了当前灾评计算的全部内容,输入、查询、修改、计算等界面直观、方便,计算结果可直接以Word表格形式输出,可大大节省地震灾评报告的编写时间,从而提高地震现场灾评工作的效率。According to the newest seismic field work standard that has been added more new content and the fact of seismic field work in Yunnan, we develop new seismic disaster loss assessment software that contains all content of present disaster assessment calculation. We choose standard controls MapX Based on Windows as developing component of software, Delphi language as integrated development environment, and Access procedure as external database. The interfaces of input, query, modification, and calculation are direct and convenient. The result of calculation can be outputted in the format of Word table, which can shorten the time of compiling report greatly and improve the efficiency of field disaster assessment work.
