摘 要:对内蒙产黄芪药材及药渣采用甲醇梯度洗脱提取,高效液相色谱法测黄芪甲甙的质量分数.回归方程Y=1.6084X+13.2468,R=0.9997,在5.50~550.00μg/mL之间的线性关系良好。日内和日间精密度的RSD均小于1.7%,重复性试验的RSD为0.59%(n=5)。黄芪药材的加样回收率为96.62%、98.23%、97.46%,RSD(n=5)分别为2.6%、2.8%、3.4%;药渣的加样回收率为98.43%、98.34%、99.65%,RSD(n=5)分别为2.3%、3.1%、2.9%。黄芪药渣中黄芪甲苷的提取量为黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷提取量的72.08%,表明黄芪药渣仍具有较大的再利用价值。The Radix astragali and its dreg were extracted with methanol. The astragaloside IV in Radix astragali and its dreg were determined by High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
