摘 要:无线射频识别技术(RFID)的统计、定位和数据交换功能可广泛应用于风景区管理之中,实行精确化游客管理。RFID开放式门禁系统可大幅提升风景区入口单位时间游客通过能力,大大减少游客等候时间:同时还能自动识别风景区出科人员的身份。RFID也可用于精确的游客跟踪定位和紧急救援,提供风景区游客分流辅助决策,为游客提供群组成员联络和电子支付等服务。该技术可让游客在风景区内的各项活动实现"一卡通",因此游客的旅游体验必将大大改善。The functions of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID), such as counting, location and data exchange, can be widely used in visitor management of scenic spots. The Electronic Guard System based on RFID will greatly increase the passage of visitors at the gates of the scenic spots and decrease their waiting time; meanwhile, it will identify the persons automatically, ensuring quick and easy checking of the security conditions. RFID can also be applied to the location and rescue of visitors in danger, helping the administrators to make the decision of visitor distribution while in tourism peak seasons. In addition, RFID can provide means of communication among members of a traveling group and the service of electronic payment, weather forecast and transportation information, thus greatly improving efficiency of traveling experience.
