摘　　要：基于W78E58B和RFID技术设计的智能生产数据采集终端,用于现代汽车制造业生产执行管理系统中采集生产现场的实时数据。由U2270B配以少量外围器件和耦合天线组成的RFID读卡基站对接收到的RFID信号进行解调,再经过AT89C2051对曼彻斯特码解码。数据采集终端的主控模块由W78E58B组成,它负责控制液晶显示、键盘操作、上位机通信、RFID数据采集等模块的工作。该智能数据采集终端的研发解决了车间信息采集与管理系统间的信息断层问题。Intelligent data collection terminal based on W78E58B and RFID is a part of automobile manufacturing execution system（MES） ,which is used to collect real-time data in the production field. RFID base station consists of U2270B which inclu- ding peripheral component and couple antenna,it can demodulate RFID signal, and then decode manchester by AT89C2051. Main module of the terminal was composed of W78ES8B, it took charge of LCD, key-board, PC communicating module and RFID data collecting module. The intelligent production data collection terminal can solve the information faultage between data collection in workshop and management system.
