摘 要:采用原位共混聚合法制得遇水崩解型聚苯乙烯(WDPS),对WDPS遇水崩解性能的影响因素进行了研究,包括聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)高吸水树脂的粒径、吸水倍率,聚苯乙烯(PS)的分子量、表面活性剂Span-80等。结果表明:PAANa的粒径越小,越有利于WDPS的崩解;PAANa的吸水倍率在980g/g以上时,WDPS可以在72h内彻底崩解;PS重均分子量为1.3×105,既能使WDPS具有较好的崩解性能,又能使其保持一定的机械强度;表面活性剂Span-80含量占单体苯乙烯质量的3%时,WDPS崩解性能良好。Water-disintegrable polystyrenes (WDPS) blends was prepared by in-situ blending polymerization. The influence factors on water-disintegrative property of WDPS were studied, including particle size and water absorption rate of PAANa, molecular weight of PS, surfactant Span-80, and etc. The results show that: WDPS with smaller particle size of PAANa is easy to disintegrate; when the water absorption rate of PAANa is higher than 980g/g, WDPS will disintigrate completely within 72h; when the molecular weight of PS is1.3 × 10^5, the disintigrative property of WDPS is excellent, and the mechanical strength of it is also acceptable; when Span- 80 content is 3% of monomer styrene, the distingrative property of WDPS is excellent.
