摘　　要：本文介绍了超声波加工设备的核心部分——超声振动系统的基本原理,对超声波加工技术的应用现状进行了分析,着重论述了超声振动加工和超声复合加工技术在难加工材料等领域中的应用。This paper introduces the hardcore of ultrasonic machining equipment-the fundamentals of ultrasonic vibration system,and elaborates detailedly the application actuality of machining technology based on ultrasonic. Above all, it discusses application of ultrasonic working and ultrasonic combined machining in the field of material processing.
