摘　　要：近年来,湖南省的经济发展迅速,但与发达省份相比还存在很大差距。运用比较劳动生产率、产业结构偏离度和偏离份额模型对比分析,并从1996年以来与广东、泛珠三角洲地区及全国相比,湖南省产业结构层次较低,结构效益较差,三次产业结构阻碍了经济快速发展。在此基础上,分析原因,并针对性地提出相关对策,为湖南省经济社会又好又快发展提供参考。In recent years, Hunan＇s economy develops fast. But it has fallen behind faster compared with developed provinces. By means of relative labor productivity, deviation contrast and shift-share model, the change of Hunan＇s industrial structure benefit was analyzed by being compared with Guangdong Province, Pan-Pearl River Delta and the whole country since 1996. It＇s found that Hunan＇s industrial structure has such a lower level that effective structure is relatively less. Three of the industrial structure has hampered Hunan＇s economic development. On this foundation, the reasons should be explored and corresponding measures were proposed for relative departments to refer, so that it will make Hunan＇s economy and social develop faster and better.
