安徽省土地利用综合分区研究

摘　　要：以安徽省为研究对象,从土地利用、经济社会和生态环境3个方面,遴选出15个指标,组成综合分区的指标体系。借助SPSS软件,利用主成分分析和聚类分析,结合安徽省实际情况,对土地利用进行综合分区研究。结果表明:安徽省土地利用可划分为皖中区、沿江区、沿淮区、皖北区和皖南区等5个综合区,对区域土地利用特点进行分析,在此基础上明确各区域的土地利用方向和空间管制措施,为安徽省土地资源可持续利用和土地利用总体规划修编提供参考。Based on the study of Anhui Province, selected 15 indexes from land-use, socio-economic and ecological environment to constituted the evaluation index. With SPSS software, using principal component analysis and cluster analysis, combined with the actual situation in Anhui Province, made a comprehensive regionalization of land-use. The result showed that the land-use of Anhui Province can be classified in five areas： Capital Area, Yangtze River Area, Huaihe River Area, Northern Anhui Area and Southern Anhui Area. On the basis of the analysis for land-use features of each area, it proposed the direction of land-use for each area, implemented the differentiation of land-use policy, in order to provide grounds for sustainable land-use as well as the revision for overall planning of land-use of Anhui Province.
