融雪剂对冷季型草坪草生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验对我国北方冷季型草坪草早熟禾(Merit)进行不同使用浓度、不同频次的融雪剂处理,观测处理后的综合性状,测定其叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性等生理生化指标,来评价不同处理的融雪剂对早熟禾草坪的安全性。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着融雪剂施用量和处理次数的增加,叶绿素含量变化总体趋势为先增加后减少,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加,MDA含量先减少后增加再减少。This experiment selected the test material which used in northern China city of green lawn grass - Kentucky bluegrass (Merit), by different applications and different amounts of deicing salt application in their processing. The observation of its comprehensive character after treatment, measured by chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, proline, MDA and other physiological indicators to evaluate different deicing salt on the safety of Merit. The results showed that: in a certain range, with the incense of application amount and frequency for using deicing salt, the chlorophyll trend is increased first and then reduced, proline and soluble sugar content increased, and the MDA content reduced after reduced first and further increased.
