上海外来孕产妇在平产点分娩现况初探

摘　　要：目的通过对上海部分平产分娩点外来孕产妇现场调查,了解目前外来孕产妇自身状况以及是否享受平产政策相关情况,从而对该政策提出建设性意见。方法综合运用文献综述、问卷调查、卫生统计分析方法、卫生政策分析与评价方法等相关知识,采用定性与定量相结合的方法进行研究。结果外来人口孕产妇文化程度以初中居多、收入偏低,配偶收入尚低、母婴安全意识薄弱。结论根据现有问题,提出应利用家庭环境提高孕产妇保健意识,加强正确引导与宣传,不断完善政策。Objectives To know the status of floating maternal and whether they enjoy Delivery Policy according to the survey on site,then to raise some constructive suggestions towards the policy.Methods Comprehensively used various methods including literature study,questionnaire,health statistical analysis,health policy analysis as well as evaluation.It was a study based on both qualitative and quantitative methods.Results Most of the floating maternal had lower education as junior middle school and weaker awareness of maternal and infant security.Their income was also lower as well as their husbands'.And their awareness of maternal and child safety were poor.Conclusions Under the circumstances,using family environment to improve maternal health awareness is needed,in addition,we should strengthen the correct guidance and improve the policy based on the buyer's opinions.
