摘　　要：目的了解丙肝患者社会支持情况,探讨社会支持对丙肝患者生活质量的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表以及社会支持评定量表,对150例丙肝患者随机分为实验组和对照组进行调查,并对资料进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者的生活质量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),患者的生活质量与其得到的社会支持和质量呈正相关。结论通过医护人员的努力,帮助患者获得更多的社会支持,可以有效地提高患者的生活质量。Objectives To find out the social support of hepatitis C patients,and to explore the effect of social support on the quality of life of hepatitis C patients. Methods Adopting questionnaire(SSRS),social support rating scale to conduct the investigation on 150 patients with hepatitis C,and the data were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results The patients' quality of life of experimental group was poorer than the control group(P< 0.01),the patients' quality of life was positive correlated with the social support and the quality. Conclusions Through the effort of staff,could help the patients get more social support,and could effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
