军队离休干部慢性疾病患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解军队离休干部慢性病患病情况,为制定相关的科学医疗保健措施提供科学信息。方法基于2007～2010年驻汉口地区军队离休干部健康体检资料,回顾性分析军队离休干部慢性疾病的患病情况。结果该人群的慢性病患病率达100%,慢性病前5位病种依次为高血压病、前列腺增生症、冠心病、脂肪肝和高脂血症。大多数老干部同时患有3～6种疾病,且慢性病种数随年龄增加而增多。结论应加强军队离休干部的医疗保健工作,采取综合防治措施,提高老干部的整体健康水平。Objectives To investigate cadre veterans' diseases and provide scientific information for making related scientific health-care policies. Methods Changes in prevalence of chronic diseases of cadre veterans were analyzed retrospectively based on data obtained from the cadre physical examination from January 2007 to December 2010. Results Cadre veterans' chronic disease prevalence was 100%;the ranks of the leading five diseases were hypertension,prostate hyperplasia,coronary heart disease,fatty liver and hyperlipaemia.Most veterans had three to six diseases and the prevalence of chronic diseases increased with ages. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen medical care and health education for cadre veterans and implement integrated measures.
