个性和心理社会因素对男性新兵意志力与理性的影响及路径分析

摘　　要：目的了解影响新兵意志与理性的心理社会因素。方法采用人性哲学量表的意志与理性分量表、卡特尔16种个性因素测验、生活事件量表、症状自评量表对562名新兵进行心理测评。采用秩变换单因素方差分析、Spearman相关分析及AMOS路径分析。结果新兵意志力与理性与新兵的个性因素具有显著相关性(r=0.11～0.22,P<0.01),负性意志力与理性与SCL-90的总分及各因素具有显著相关性(r=0.10～0.22,P<0.01)。A-MOS路径分析显示,个性因素在心理健康与正、负性意志力与理性之间具有较强的中介效应,对正性意志力与理性的总调节效应为10.8%(0.49×0.22×100%),对负性意志力与理性的总调节效应为12.3%(0.49×0.25×100%)。结论提高心理健康水平,以及塑造新兵完善的个性结构有助于加强新兵的意志力与理性。Objectives To explore the psychosocial factors which affect the recruits' willpower and rationality.Methods Five hundred and sixty two recruits were evaluated on psychology by will and rationality scale,Philosophies of Human Nature(PHN),Life Event Scale(LES),16 Personality Questionnaire(16PF) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Such statistical analysis as rank transform one factor AMOS,Spearman correlation and Amos pathway were implemented.Results Recruits' willpower and rationality were significant correlated with personality(r=0.10~0.22,P<0.01),the total and factors score of SCL-90(r=0.10~0.22,P<0.01).Path analysis of Amos showed that personality had important indirect effects on the mental health and the willpower and rationality.The total adjustment effect on mental health and positive willpower and rationality was 10.8%(0.49×0.22×100%).The total adjustment effect on mental health and negative willpower and rationality was 12.3%(0.49×0.25×100%).Conclusions Improving recruits' mental health and optimizing recruits' personality structure could enhance the willpower and rationality of recruits.
