摘　　要：目的了解武汉市社区人群艾滋病知识水平,评价干预效果,为制定适宜的社区艾滋病预防和控制措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,于干预前抽取522名、干预后抽取406名武汉市18岁及以上社区人群进行问卷调查,数据分析方法包括描述性统计分析、卡方检验。结果基线调查知晓率:洪山区74.6%、硚口区85.4%、汉阳区75.7%;干预后调查知晓率:洪山区92.3%、硚口区95.2%、汉阳区99.2%,干预后各区知晓率均明显高于干预前知晓率(P=0.000)。结论社区艾滋病干预活动效果显著,开展形式多样、有针对性的社区艾滋病宣教活动,可有效提高人群艾滋病知识水平。Objectives To find out the level of AIDS knowledge of community groups population in Wuhan,to put up various forms of interventions and evaluate the effect,to provide the basis of appropriate community-based AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods 522 people pre-intervention and 406 people post-intervention were selected by cluster sampling method from community population aged 18 and above to conduct a questionnaire survey in Wuhan,descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were utilized for data analysis.Results The awareness rates of AIDS knowledge in the baseline investigation: Hongshan 74.6%,Qiaokou 85.4%,Hanyang 75.7%.The awareness rates of AIDS knowledge after intervention: Hongshan 92.3%,Qiaokou95.2%,Hanyang 99.2%.After the intervention,the three project areas' awareness rates of AIDS knowledge increased significantly(P=0.000).Conclusions Community-based AIDS intervention was effective,conducting various and targeted forms of publicity and education activities,could significantly improve the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.
