摘 要:为研究工频磁场在细胞水平上对神经电活动的影响,利用1mT,50Hz工频磁场照射(15min,30min)急性分离的小鼠皮层神经元,记录神经元电压依赖性钾通道电流,研究工频磁场对钾通道特性的影响.结果表明,工频磁场抑制钾通道电流,并且具有时间依赖性.另外,工频磁场减小了瞬时外向钾通道的半数激活电压,斜率因子变大,增大了延迟整流钾通道的半数激活电压,斜率因子不变.研究表明工频磁场改变了电压依赖性钾通道的特性,进一步影响神经元的一系列电活动.In order to study the effects of power frequency magnetic field on the electrical activity of neurons,cortical neurons isolated from mice were exposed to a 1mT,50Hz magnetic field(15min,30min) and voltagegated potassium channel currents were recorded off-line.Compared with the control group,the results showed that the currents of channel were inhibited by EMF and the inhibition was time-dependent.In addition,the half activation voltage of Ik was decreased and the slope factor increased,while the half activation voltage of IA was increased and the slope factor unchanged.The results indicated that EMF altered the characteristics of voltage-gated potassium channel and further affected the electrical activity of neurons.
