摘　　要：通过对2001-2010年中国矿业大学(北京)获国家级和省部级奖、论文发表和检索、著作出版情况的统计,分析比较了"十一五"与"十五"获奖成果的特点和学科优势;对检索论文的第一作者性别、年龄、职称进行统计,30～50岁且具有高级职称的男性科研工作取得的成绩更突出。最后,作者提出了加强人才培养和学科建设,强化协作攻关,把握创新性技术,鼓励科技工作者参加高层次国际学术会议,加强科研成果管理的建议。This paper compares the character and branch superiority of achievements in scientific research during the period of '11th Five-Year Plan' to '10th Five-Year Plan,through the analysis on the national rewards and provincial and ministerial level rewards,paper and books.Statistics on gender,professional rank and titles and age of the first author of indexed paper show male scientific workers with high title display the superiority,which aged between 30 and 50.The author advises the university to strength personnel training and discipline construction,to intensify cooperation and grasp the original technique,to encourage scientific workers02 to attend high-level international academic conference and to enforce the management of achievements in scientific research.
