超高层办公建筑可持续设计研究

摘　　要：超高层办公建筑是近年来发展较快的一种建筑类型，它对人聚环境持续发展的影响越来越引起人们的关注。本文结合实例对超高层办公建筑是否符合人聚环境持续发展的要求和超高层办公建筑如何实现可持续设计两个问题进行了初步的探讨。Office towers have witnessed drastic development in recent years. The number of office towers built or being built is great. Hence the need to look into the problem of sustainable design.While office towers effectuate economy of land, they cause massive energy consumption and other serious problems. Thus, on balancing the merits and demerits, the authors do not maintain that office towers should be built in medium and small cities though they agree that a limited number may be considered for big or even cosmopolitan cities with serious land strains.The following points should be noted in the design of office towers for the purpose of sustainable environmental development: 1) On the macroscopic stratum-protection of ecological environment; 2) On the medium scope-improvement of regional urban environment; 3) On the microscopic stratum-creation of a salutary working environment.In conclusion, attention should be focused on giving full play to beneficial factors and avoiding harmfulfactors so that sustainable development may be maintained.
