摘　　要：介绍了催化裂化外甩油浆的组成和性质,并总结了近年来外甩油浆加工的组合工艺和油浆净化方法。根据目前国内外油浆净化工艺的应用现状,预测了今后油浆净化方法的发展趋势和方向,过滤法与其它油浆净化方法相比优势较为明显,认为在过滤油浆之前先在滤芯上预涂一层助滤剂,可以有效的解决目前油浆过滤工艺中存在的问题。The composition and properties of FCC slurry are presented in this paper,and the integrated technologies of slurry processing and clarification of FCC slurry are summarized.The future trend of clarification process is proposed according to the current situation of FCC slurry clarification around the world.The advantages of filtration over other purification methods are obvious,and before slurry filtration,smearing a layer of filter aid on the filter element can solve the existing problems in the filtration process.
