摘  要:阐述了爆轰实验泄漏监测原理和集成系统。对气溶胶过滤器、采样车、气相色谱仪、8路电磁阀触摸屏控制系统等分系统进行了性能验证。将集成系统成功应用于3次爆轰模拟实验和转接板密封考核,实现了示踪气体样品的在线、远程、安全、采集和分析。The principle of leakage detection in detonation experiment and the integrated system were presented.The integrated system included four main sub-systems:aerosol filter,sampling car,gas chromatogram and eight-way electromagnetic valve control system with touch screen.The performance of the sub-systems was validated.The integrated system was used in three detonation experiments and the examination of connecting board's hermetic performance.The safe collection and analysis of tracer gas sample with online and long-range technology in the detonation experiment were realized.
