摘 要:对翅片管式换热器管外不可压缩流体流动情况进行了三维数值模拟,分析了顺排和叉排两种管排方式、管排数、不同翅片间距对流体流动的影响,得出了圆管表面压力系数随排数变化的特性曲线和摩擦系数随雷诺数变化的特性曲线,不同翅片间距下进出口压降与入口风速的关系模拟结果与实验数据相符较好,验证了模型的准确性。Fluid flow outside the tube of plate-fin and tube heat exchangers was numerically simulated.The fluid was incompressible.The effects of staggered and in-line arrangement,tube row number and fin pitch were investigated.The variations of pressure coefficient with tube row number and friction coefficient with Reynolds number were obtained.The relationship between pressure drop and frontal velocity was simulated at different fin spacing values.The results agreed well with experimental data.The accuracy of the model was verified.
