摘  要:随着稠油开采技术的不断发展,特别是SAGD技术的广泛应用,导致采出液的乳状液结构比较复杂、稳定性增强,破乳脱水难度加大,使得稠油破乳脱水难题日益凸显并严重制约着稠油有效开发,稠油乳状液破乳技术已成为稠油的研究热点。本文介绍了化学破乳技术的发展概况,系统阐述化学破乳机理,化学破乳剂的分子结构特点及其性能,简要分析了破乳剂的筛选和复配方法,综述了化学破乳目前存在的问题并对化学破乳技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。With the increasing development of heavy oil production technology,especially in the extensive application of SAGD,a large number of produced emulsified fluid with high stability is produced,causing much more difficulty in dehydration.Development of demulsification technology for heavy oil emulsion has become the most important research subject in petroleum industry.The recent advances in chemical demulsification of heavy oil emulsion are reviewed,with emphasis on the mechanism of chemical demulsification and the feature and performance of demulsifying agents.Some basic methods and principles for the selection and synergistic combination of demulsifiers are presented.Finally,the problems of such chemical demulsification methods are summarized and the development directions of this technology,in the future,is discussed.
