摘 要:丙交酯是合成高分子量聚乳酸的中间原料,其化学纯度决定聚乳酸的分子量及分子量分布,光学纯度影响聚乳酸材料的力学性能,丙交酯提纯精制是两步法聚乳酸合成中非常重要的一步。本文对丙交酯提纯最常用的方法:溶剂结晶法、蒸馏法、水萃法、熔融结晶法及耦合法逐一进行了阐述,并详细分析了各种方法的优缺点,展望了各种丙交酯精制工艺的工业应用前景,认为熔融结晶法与其它方法的耦合技术将是丙交酯最有发展前途的绿色提纯工艺。Lactide is an indispensable intermediate material to synthesize macromolecular poly-lactic acid(PLA).Its chemical purity strongly affects the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PLA,and its optical purity affects its mechanical properties.So purification of lactide is one important step of two-step synthesis of PLA.In this paper,several methods for the purification of lactide are introduced,such as solution crystallization,distillation,water extraction,melt crystallization and hybrid method,and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed in detail.In addition,the industrial application of these methods is prospected.On the basis of the above-mentioned discussion,it is recognized that the hybrid technique with melt crystallization and other methods is a promising future process in purification of lactide as a green purification technology.
