摘 要:为了提高玻璃纤维布涂层用丙烯酸酯乳液的性能,采用种子乳液聚合方法合成了核壳型聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并且通过在聚合过程中加入不同含量的纳米SiO2粉体对乳液进行改性。本文主要讨论了粉体表面改性和分散的效果、复合乳液的性能以及不同SiO2含量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明改性后的SiO2粉体能够很好地和聚丙烯酸酯乳液复合在一起,从而提高了乳液的稳定性、固含量。使用该复合乳液的玻纤涂层成膜性好,强度及耐腐蚀性有明显提高,当复合乳液中SiO2粉体添加量为4‰时,乳液综合性能最优。In order to enhance the performance of a kind of acrylic ester coating which is used on glass fabric,a kind of emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization,and was modified by different contents of nano-SiO2 powder during the process of polymerization.The surface modification and dispersion of nano-SiO2 powder,the performance of the resulted coating,and the effect of nano-SiO2 content on coating performance were discussed.It was found that nano-SiO2 powder could combine with polyacrylate emulsion very well after the modification and dispersion treatment.The composite emulsion had good stability and relatively high solid content.In addition,the corrosion resistance of the coated glass fabric with the composite emulsion was excellent.The emulsion with 4‰ nano-SiO2 powder showed the best performance.
