摘　　要：生物碱是一类具有显著生理活性的含氮有机化合物,许多药用植物中富含生物碱。因此,生物碱的提取与分离方法备受人们关注。本文综述了近年来不同的提取和分离方法在生物碱提取分离中的应用和进展。随着高新技术的进一步发展,为探讨生物碱的药理研究提供了技术保证。Alkaloids are a class of nitrogen contained organic compounds with significant biological activity,and many medicinal plants are rich in alkaloids.Therefore,the methods of extracting and separating for alkaloids always receive much concern.In this paper the different methods of extracting and separating for alkaloids are reviewed,application and progress of the research on extracting and separating for alkaloids are summarized.With the further development of high technology,technical assurance is provided to Pharmacological studies on alkaloids.
