摘 要:采用低温循环水浴装置,以乙二醇、浓硝酸为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,尿素和硫酸铵为稳定剂,制备了乙二醇二硝酸酯。考察了酯化反应温度、反应时间、酸酸摩尔比和酸醇摩尔比对酯化反应的影响。实验确定了最佳反应条件:混酸及酯化温度控制在0~5℃,浓硫酸与浓硝酸摩尔比2.1∶1,硝酸与乙二醇摩尔比为2.2∶1,反应时间为1.5 h。通过红外光谱分析产物的吸收峰与目标产品分子的官能团吸收峰基本一致。在该条件下合成的乙二醇二硝酸酯的收率在80%以上。Ethylene glycol dinitrate was synthesized in a low temperature recycle water bath,with nitric acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials,sulfuric acid as catalyst and urea and ammonium sulfate as stabilizer.Reaction parameters,such as esterification temperature,reaction time,molar ratio of sulfuric acid and nitric acid,molar ratio of nitric acid and ethylene glycol were studied.The optimum conditions showed that the acid mixing and esterification temperature was between 0 and 5 ℃,molar ratio of sulfuric acid and nitric acid 2.1∶1,nitric acid and ethylene glycol was 2.2∶1,reaction time was 1.5 h.Infrared spectrum showed that the absorption peaks of synthesized product and target product functional groups were basically identical.The yield was above 80% under these conditions.
