摘  要:通过对预应力混凝土管桩作抗拔桩时桩身结构材料强度、多节桩连接强度及桩顶与承台连接强度的验算方法进行分析,对比了焊缝、端板及预应力墩头连接强度不同方法计算结果,同时探讨了桩顶混凝土填芯的计算方法,提出了建议采用的验算方法。现场试验表明,该法验算桩身结构材料强度是足够安全的,在接头焊缝质量和填芯质量保证的前提下,端板锚固孔与预应力钢棒墩头连接是预应力管桩作为抗拔桩的薄弱环节,这也与理论计算相吻合,可供设计和施工人员参考。Based on the available calculation methods for the structural strength of pile,the connection of two piles and the connection of the pile and the pile-cab,the results are compared when the prestressed concrete tube piles are used as tension piles.The results different calculation methods for the strength of weld seam,the shear strength of end-plate and the strength of steel bar are compared,and then the core grouted concrete in pile top is discussed.The test results indicate that the structural strength of piles is safe enough in this calculation.The end-plate thickness and the strength of steel bar are needed to strengthen under the quality assurance of the weld joints and the fill core.The conclusions and suggestions will be useful for design and construction.
