摘　　要：回顾技术经济学的发展轨迹,展望未来发展的特点和任务,对进一步推动技术经济学的新发展,具有重要意义。多数学者从学科发展状态的角度,把技术经济学分为初创期、破坏期或停滞期、快速发展期或繁荣期,缓慢发展期等等。本文认为,应从学科面临的经济发展阶段、体制环境、主要任务/课题、主要特点等角度综合考虑学科的分期问题。据此,本文将中国技术经济学发展进程划分为酝酿与创立、恢复与发展、走向市场经济的技术经济学和面对全面开放的技术经济学四个阶段。中国的发展正步入新的历史时期。不论主观意愿如何,中国在以一个大国的姿态,全面融入全球化进程。全球化进程对中国技术经济学提出了哪些任务和挑战,我们该如何应对,本文对此进行展望。Describing the development path and giving the characteristics of future development and tasks of technical economics are very important to promote the further development of technical economics.Most scholars divided developing period of technical economics into initial stage,stage of damage,stagnated stage,stage of rapid development,stage of slow development,etc.This article's view is that we should consider the various factors of economic development stage,institutional environment,the main task of technical economics,key features to divide developing period of technical economics.So the authors of this paper divide developing period of technical economics into 4 stages:stage of preparation and creation,stage of recovery and development,stage of technical economics toward market economy,stage of technical economics in full liberalization.China's development is entering a new historical period.China is integrating into the globalization process with a big country attitude.This paper will present prospects about the tasks and challenges to Chinese technical economics during China's integrating into the globalization process and try to give the answer about how we can deal with them.
