日本环境共生住宅及其认证标准分析

摘　　要：日本环境共生住宅建设已有20年,有许多可借鉴之处。本文在介绍其产生的背景及发展过程、含义和认证制度之后,分析了认证标准中的必须要件,包括:节能性能、耐久性能、维护维修、节水、外观与周边环境、无障碍设施、室内空气质量,和提案类型,包括:节能型、高度有效利用资源型、与地域相适应、与环境相亲和型、健康舒适、安全安心型;阐述了环境共生住宅建设给我们的启示,以期对我国发展绿色生态建筑提供一些帮助。Environmentally symbiotic housing movement has been carrying out in Japan for twenty years,and its experiences can used for reference.In this paper,firstly the development background and the course,the connotation,and the certification system about it are introduced.and then the basic conditions in the certification standard,including energy saving,long lifespan,maintenance of housing,water saving,local environment,barrier free,air quality in the room,and four patterns are analyzed.Finally the enlightenment from environmentally symbiontic housing movement is expounded,expecting some help will be given to the green ecological building development in China.
