摘　　要：通过引入基于国际工业标准IFC的建筑信息模型BIM技术,并总结分析此项技术在建筑业的应用来对BIM技术的发展前景做出分析与思考。本文的目的是在对全球建筑行业前沿技术分析总结的基础上,将BIM技术推广普及开来,推进我国建筑行业尽快步入建筑信息时代。This paper makes analysis and reflections about the future applications of BIM-tech through introduction of IFC-based IBM-tech and the detailed summary of BIM-tech applications to building industry.The objective of this paper is to popularize BIM technology and promote the construction industry in China to the information age as quickly as possible.
