摘　　要：目的建立HPLC测定羚翘解毒丸中牛蒡子苷的含量。方法采用Agilent Eclipsex DB-C8柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流速1.000mL·min- 1,以甲醇-水(48∶52)为流动相,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果供试品溶液中牛蒡子苷与相邻组分分离度良好。牛蒡子苷在0.0170～0.0851g·L- 1内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为4.18%。结论此法简便、快速,可作为羚翘解毒丸质量控制的检测手段。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine arctiin in Lingqiaojiedu pills.METHODS Agilent EclipsexDB-C8 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with temperature of 30 ℃ .The mobile phase was CH3OH: H2O (48 ∶52),with flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS This method had good resolution and good linear relationship between 0.017 0-0.085 1 g·L-1.The average recovery of arctiin was 96.6% and RSD was 4.18%.CONCLUSION This method was simple and quick and can be used as the method for quantity control of Lingqiaojiedu pills.
