摘　　要：目的建立测定维生素E乳膏中维生素E含量的方法。方法采用ODS-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇为流动相,流速1mL·min- 1,检测波长:285nm。结果维生素E在浓度0.1004~1.004mg·mL- 1内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.09%,RSD=0.66%。结论本法简便、快速、准确。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of vitamin E in vitamin E cream.METHODS An ODS-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol and the detection wavelength was 285 nm.RESULTS The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.100 4-1.004 mg·mL-1.The average recovery was 99.09% with RSD=0.66%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
