高血压病人生存质量及影响因素研究进展

摘　　要：近年来高血压等慢性非传染性疾病的发病率持续上升并成为居民的主要死因。高血压是最常见的心血管疾病,是脑卒中和冠心病发病的独立危险因素,高血压防治问题也是当前医学界研究的首要问题之一。随着医学模式的转变,生命质量作为新的健康评价指标已被广泛应用。本文通过对高血压病人生存质量现状和影响因素进行综述,为有效预防和控制高血压,减少其社会危害,提高病人的生存质量提供指导意义。In recent years,the incidence of hypertension and other chronic non-communicable disease continues to rise and become the leading cause of residents death.Hypertension is the most commonly cardiovascular disease,which is a independent risk factor in stroke and coronary heart disease.So the problem of prevention and control in hypertension become most important in current medical research.As the turn of medical model,the quality of life as a new health assessment index has been widely used.This paper reviewed on the quality of life and influence factors in hypertensive patients,provided a guidance of effectively preventing and control in hypertensive,reduced the social harm and improved the quality of life.
